Serenitee’s Jeff Cala & Chef Jake DiSilva of Latitude 43 have teamed up to create a four course menu highlighting underutilized, local seafood. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with “underutilized” wine varietals, to offer fresh ideas for seafood & wine pairings. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner will benefit the Maritime Gloucester.

Alchemy will be serving a special menu form 10:30 AM until closing this Easter Sunday. So go ahead, order Eggs Benedict for dinner, while your companion enjoys the Braised Lamb Agnolotti or Rotisserie Roasted Giannone Chicken at the same time!
