The special prix fixe menu is available for dinner August 14-19 & 21-26 for just $38. 

 

FIRST COURSE

Hanson’s Farm Corn Chowder bacon and herbs

Burrata and Mache Salad petite greens, radish, heirloom tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fried capers, and Parmesan crisp  

Crazy Maki Sushi Roll house-made spicy sauce, salmon, tempura flakes, cucumber

 

SECOND COURSE

Braised Short Rib parsnip puree, baby root vegetables, pickled red onion, and beef jus

Carbonara pappardelle pasta, cured pork belly, garlic, shallots, peas, and cream sauce

Parisienne Gnocchi balsamic reduction, pan seared artichoke hearts, heirloom tomatoes, wild mushrooms, fresh basil, and Parmesan

Dynamite Sushi Roll shrimp tempura, cucumber, crab, spicy tuna, tempura flakes, and tobiko

 

THIRD COURSE
