We wanted to reach out to our community to share the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our guests and employees amid COVID-19 concerns.  

Due to the nature of how this virus is transmitted we are taking the following extra steps to limit touchpoints:

  •  All our menus are listed on our websites. If you’d like to skip the physical menu, you can use our free WiFi to view the menu online
  • We have stopped using check presenters to deliver your bill
  • If you pay with a credit card, it will be wiped down with disinfectant before it is returned to you

We hold ourselves to the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene, and have standardized our cleaning procedures following the protocols put forth by WHO, ServSafe and CDC: 

  • We use a disinfectant approved by the EPA to effectively remove any traces of COVID-19 from surfaces
  • We have implemented a protocol to regularly use this disinfectant throughout service to clean high traffic areas, including:  
    • Menus
    • Salt & pepper shakers
    • Soy sauce containers
    • Tables, bar tops, booths & chairs
    • Door knobs
    • Light switches
  • All our compostable straws are individually wrapped, and are delivered to your table in their wrapping
  • All our dishwashers have been serviced and run at a temperature of 164°F
