GETTING STARTED 

How do I get my points & Rewards into the App?

If you have already registered your Rewards Card with a username & password, click “Sign in with your username / password.” Please note: signing up for a card is not the same as registering. In order for your card to be registered, you must have created a username & password on the Serenitee website.

If you haven’t registered your card, click “Sign Up with Email.” If you have your card number (located on the back of your Rewards Card), please enter it when prompted. 

I can't find my card. Should I just create an account and add it later? 

No, if you complete the sign up process without entering your card and registration number, you will have two separate accounts.

Please email Rewards@Serenitee.com with your name, phone number, and email before you complete the sign up process. 

Do I need to have a Rewards Card before downloading the App?

No, you can join the Serenitee Rewards Card program by downloading the App and clicking “sign up with email” on the home screen.

If you sign up for the Rewards Card program this way, you will be issued a digital card number and not a physical card. That said, the digital card is just like having a physical card, with the exception that you don’t have to remember to bring it with you when you dine with us. We can look up your account when you “check in” with the mobile App, or if you give your server or bartender the phone number linked to your account. 

I am using an Android to sign up, why am I unable to change the year of my birthday?

When using some Android operating systems, you will need to tap the year on the calendar in order to change it.

 

USING THE APP

What is “Tap to Check In”?

You can now check in at any Serenitee Group Restaurant, so you don’t have to present your Rewards Card to earn points for that visit.

Are there other ways to check in?

Yes, you can give your mobile phone number to your server or bartender or present your physical Rewards Card.

If the restaurant I want to check into is not on my home screen, what do I do?

Click “Locations” at the bottom of the home screen and it will bring you to a list of all the Serenitee Group Restaurants. Once you’ve selected a location from the list, you can click the “check in” button on the restaurant’s page.

How do I see how many points I have?

You can check your account balance by selecting “My Account” at the bottom of the home screen or by clicking “Reward Me!”

How do I convert my points to Serenitee Bucks?

Click “Reward Me!” and select the amount of Serenitee Bucks that you would like to redeem. Once you’ve clicked the Serenitee Bucks that you want to redeem, you will be asked to confirm.

Please note: Serenitee Points never expire, but Serenitee Bucks expire in 30 days. When you convert points to Serenitee Bucks you will have access to them instantly.

How do I see what Rewards I have?

Click “My Account” at the bottom of the home screen.

How do I edit my account information?

You can edit your account by hitting the sprocket in the upper right hand corner on the “My Account” page or by selecting “Edit Account” from the collapsed menu icon (or “hamburger menu”), located in the upper left hand corner of your App screen.

I am on the “Edit Account” page and my birthday is incorrect, how can I change it?

Please email Rewards@Serenitee.com with your name, phone number, email and correct birthday. Once we update your birthday in the system, we will notify you of the change and it will appear correctly in the App. Please note: additional information may be required.

How can I see a restaurant’s menu?

Click “Locations” at the bottom of the home screen and it will bring you to a list of all the Serenitee Group Restaurants. Once you’ve selected a location from the list, you can click the “Menu” button on the restaurant’s page.

Can I get directions to a restaurant within the App?

Click “Locations” at the bottom of the home screen and it will bring you to a list of all the Serenitee Group Restaurants. Once you’ve selected a location from the list, you can click the “Directions” button on the restaurant’s page.

Can I purchase gift cards from the App?

Yes! Click on the collapsed menu icon (or “hamburger menu”), located in the upper left hand corner of your App screen and select “Purchase Gift Cards” from the menu.

I was receiving messages about offers and free stuff directly in my App, but then it stopped. What happened?

It is likely that you turned off your location settings. We use location information to only send you offers – and FREE stuff – that are relevant to you. To turn on your location settings: Click on the collapsed menu icon located in the upper left hand corner of your App screen, then select “Location Settings” from the menu, and turn it on.
