As a restaurant group, our goal to create a safe, fun environment for our guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Thank you for your support, patience and understanding as we work together to ensure the safety and health of our staff and guests.
What we ask from you, our guests
Please wear your face mask or covering at all times unless you are seated at your table; this includes moving about the outdoor and indoor dining spaces, using the restrooms, or checking in with the host.
Please review signage at the restaurant to ensure you are aware of our policies and procedures.
If there is not a table immediately available upon your arrival, please give us your cell phone number. We will have a socially distant area where you can wait, or you can go for a walk and we will text you when your table is ready.
Please understand that under the current MA state guidelines, we have to follow social distancing safety protocols when seating your table. There may be vacant tables at the restaurant that do not meet the six foot guideline, and we will be unable to seat you at those tables.
Due to social distancing protocols, we will have a limited number of tables indoors. If you are seated outdoors and we experience unexpected inclement weather, we will package up your food so you can take it to-go.
All our menus are available on our websites, we ask that you use our free WiFi to view the menu when dining at the restaurant. We will have a limited number of disposable menus and/or sanitized menus available.
Social Distancing Protocols
All tables are positioned to maintain at least a six foot distance from all other tables and any high foot traffic areas.
Per MA state guidelines, the size of a party seated at a table cannot exceed six people.
All guests must be seated; eat-in service to standing customers is prohibited.
Signage is posted at all Serenitee Restaurants with procedures and other guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.
Daily Employee Health Screenings
Upon arrival, all Serenitee Restaurant Group employees undergo a health screening, this includes having their temperature taken & oxygen levels read through a pulse oximeter.
Cleanliness Procedures & Limiting Touchpoints
We have several options for viewing our menus, including a touchless digital option with free wi-fi at each location.
If you pay with a credit card, it will be wiped down with disinfectant before it is returned to you.
We will not be pre-setting your table, all utensils will be delivered to you rolled up.
All tables and chairs will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each seating.
Additionally, the entire restaurant is undergoing frequent and routine cleaning and sanitizing with EPA sanitizers.
We clean commonly touched surfaces in restrooms (e.g., stall handles, sinks, paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers) and heavy transit areas (e.g., doorknobs, handrails) frequently and in accordance with CDC guidelines.
We have implement procedures to increase cleaning and disinfecting in the kitchen; all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized before use with a sanitizer approved for food contact surfaces, and non-food contact surfaces are frequently cleaned with an EPA-registered disinfectant.
We have provided hand sanitizer and disposable wipes at frequent touch points for guests entering and exiting the restaurant.
Serenitee Restaurant Group has provided all employees with face coverings, and all employees are required to wear face masks or coverings.
We have discouraged all employees from using other workers’ phones, pens, or other work tools.
Takeout & Delivery
We understand that not everyone is comfortable dining out, and have worked hard to improve our takeout & delivery experience.
After extensive testing, we are using new takeout containers to ensure a superior product is delivered to your door.
Our plastic takeout containers are not only recyclable, they are also dishwasher & microwave safe so you can reuse them at home.
